What we do

Strip-out to handover. Rewires, plumbing, plastering, kitchens, bathrooms, decoration. We run the whole job; you only deal with us.

Patios, decking, paving, full garden re-builds. Outdoor space that gets used — not just looked at.

New panels, posts, gates, full perimeter rebuilds. Concrete posts where it matters, treated timber, lines that run straight.

Probate, end-of-tenancy, post-renovation. Loaded, hauled, properly disposed of. Recycling separated where it should be.

From footings up. The Doncaster house we built last year is the proudest thing we've put our names to.

You get a written quote within a few days, broken down by stage. Fixed price agreed at the start with nothing added at the end unless the scope changes — and if it does, we tell you first.

We agree a start date, take a small deposit if it's a larger build, order materials, and tell you what to expect on day one.
Clear timelineStep 05
Paulin runs the work day-to-day. Henri's on site every day. We keep you updated with photos, and if anything unexpected comes up we discuss it before pressing on.
Hands-on, dailyStep 06
We walk you through the finished work, snag anything together, hand over warranties for fittings, and clean up properly before we leave. Checkatrade £1,000 guarantee applies on Checkatrade-booked jobs.
