Who we are
Avia Property Services is operated as a sole trader by Paulin Topalli, based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. We're the data controller for any personal information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you fill in our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), postcode, and the details and photos you provide about the job. When you call or message us directly, we keep a record of the call or message for the purpose of quoting and managing the work.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver any work agreed, send invoices, and keep accounting records as required by HMRC. We don't share your information with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept for up to 12 months if no work is agreed. Job records, invoices and tax-relevant information are kept for the period required by HMRC (currently 6 years).
Your rights
