William Street, Sheffield

We updated an outdated 4-bed student property in Sheffield city centre, carrying out a full modern refurbishment throughout. The project included a new kitchen, fresh décor, improved layout, and high-quality finishes. We also converted the unused loft space into two additional bedrooms, transforming the property into a stylish and functional 6-bed student home.The property needed a full rewire, re-plumbing, a new heating system, reconfiguring the entire layout, re-plastering, and rendering the outside.
