The property came to us as an outdated 4-bedroom terrace in Sheffield city centre — old wiring that wouldn't take a modern kitchen, plumbing on its last legs, layout that didn't work for student sharers, and a loft sitting empty. The brief was to get more bedrooms, bring everything up to spec, and finish to a standard that lets it rent out properly without anything coming back to us in six months.
We rewired the whole house, re-plumbed every wet room, fitted a new heating system, reconfigured the layout to make space work harder, re-plastered throughout, and rendered the outside to match. The loft was converted into two extra bedrooms, taking the property from four beds to six. New kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring, new décor.
Six weeks start to finish, single point of contact (Paulin) for the whole job, fixed quote agreed at the start with nothing added at the end.
